The Invention of Lying might be the first fun movie of the fall. It’s a story set in an alternate reality world where everyone always tells the truth. A character played by Ricky Gervais learns the ability to lie and changes everything. Sounds refreshingly creative.
The Invention of Lying” stars Ricky Gervais, Jennifer Garner (“Juno”), Jonah Hill (“Superbad”), comedian Louis C.K., Jeffrey Tambor (TV’s “Arrested Development”) and Fionnula Flanagan (“Yes Man”), with Rob Lowe (TV’s “Brothers and Sisters”) and Tina Fey (“Baby Mama,” TV’s “30 Rock”).
It open October 2nd.

Yeah I am intrigued by it. It has a hell of a cast, it will be interesting to see Louis C.K. in a movie as well.
